Where to turn in a mental health crisis?


For non emergency concerns about your metal health your first point of contact is your GP or 
Call NHS 111 and select the mental health option (also known as the Sussex Mental Healthline) (available 24/7). 

However, If you or someone you care about poses an immediate suicide risk or is a threat to the safety of others please dial 999 or present at A&E for emergency support.
